Information the clinic collects

When you book an appointment — on WhatsApp, over the phone, or through the booking form on this website — the clinic records your name, mobile number, preferred date and time, and the skin, hair or nail concern you describe. During a consultation, Dr. Pinky Nisha additionally records clinical history, examination findings, diagnoses, prescriptions and treatment notes, as required of any registered medical practitioner in India.

This website itself does not require an account, does not sell anything online, and does not ask for payment details. Payments for consultations and procedures are made in person at the clinic.

How the information is used

Appointment details are used only to schedule, confirm and follow up on your visit. Clinical records are used to plan and review your treatment over time, to compare progress between visits, and to meet medical record-keeping obligations. The clinic does not sell, rent or trade patient information, and does not share it with advertisers or third-party marketers.

Information may be disclosed only where the law requires it, where you ask for a referral or a copy of your own records, or where sharing is clinically necessary for your care — for example, a laboratory report or a referral letter to another specialist.

Clinical photographs

Before-and-after photographs are taken only with your explicit, separate consent, and only for clinical documentation of treatment response. Consent for treatment is not the same as consent for publication. A photograph is never published on this website, on social media, or in any printed material unless you have given specific written permission for that use, and that permission can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the clinic.

Messaging and website data

Appointment enquiries sent through WhatsApp are carried over WhatsApp's own infrastructure and are subject to their privacy terms in addition to this policy. The assistant available on this website answers general questions about services, timings and location; do not send sensitive medical details through it. Basic, non-identifying analytics such as page views may be collected to understand which pages patients find useful.

Storage, retention and your rights

Records are stored securely and access is limited to Dr. Pinky Nisha and authorised clinic staff. Clinical records are retained for the period required under Indian medical record-keeping norms; appointment enquiries that do not lead to a visit are retained only as long as needed to respond to them.

You may ask the clinic to confirm what information is held about you, correct anything inaccurate, withdraw consent for photograph use, or request deletion of non-clinical enquiry data. Requests are handled during clinic hours and usually answered within a few working days.
